I Have Been Diagnosed With E Clot In My Sinuses

i have been diagnosed with e clot in my sinuses and have had xrays to verify the huge amounts of fluids throughout my sinuses, ears and generally my whole head , i also have permanent nasal drip at the back of my throat. mucus is greenish in colour and my small is that of dead flesh in my nose. doctor has put me on 10 days of Sedated and 2000mg Augmenting SR twice daily. this condition has been present for the last year and at one stage I inhaled twice daily a steroid fluid prescribed by another GP. could this derived from infected teeth i am repairing one by one ? what is the correct long term solution .
