I Have Been Dizzy (vomited On Sunday) And Lightheaded For

i have been dizzy (vomited on Sunday) and lightheaded for 4 days. I take medicine for high blood pressure which is now at 107/77. My temperature is around 97.4.
I recently switch ed from 1/2 half of a 150/12.5 daily dosage of Avalide to the whole dosage as my blood pressure had crept up to 140/80.

Should I see my doctor?
