I Have Been Experiencing A Heaviness In My Chest Area

i have been experiencing a heaviness in my chest area causing me problems with getting a deep breath. it has been going on for about 5 days now. not only is it painful, but i feel the pain in my upper back, between my shoulder blades and into the lower part of my neck
