I Have Been Experiencing Bad Breath With My Stomac Feeling

i have been experiencing bad breath with my stomac feeling tied making breating difficult.my urine is always yellow and am having dry mouth always though i drink alot of water,my stomac does not accept milk product and i was diagnose of yeast cell. my stomac feeling full most of the time. could this be the cause of my bad breath
