I Have Been Experiencing For Sometime Now Itching At The

i have been experiencing for sometime now itching at the bottom of my feet, palms, back especially, shoulders, and the back of my neck. I haven't been using lotion very much lately. but it has gotten very irritable in the past two to three weeks. I have no markings of a rash or bites at the moment, although I did have what seem like bites at my ribs on the right in the beginning. the only change in my diet is eating homemade tamales from a co-worker and using Tide simply clean and fresh detergent.
