I Have Been Experiencingn Fatigue, Nausea, Belching, Flatulence And Sometimes

i have been experiencingn fatigue, nausea, belching, flatulence and sometimes dizziness and abdominal cramps for 3 months. I have tried taking probiotics but the symptoms continue. I went to a clinic and was diagnosed with a bladder infection about a month ago. I was given a sulfa drug for three days and felt better ( I was feeling urgency to urinate at that time, but not since.) Can you offer any advice?
