I Have Been Feeling A Tingeling In The Carpet And

i have been feeling a tingeling in the carpet and have just cleard out a cubord of clothes on my phone cam you can see tinie white bugs but they are all over me now and i can feel them but hard to see been treated for sorioriss on my scalp but dont think it is as i have had this same feeling from the start before in the carpet and clothes,do you know what they are and how to get rid of them as my 6mth baby is due bk from sitter soon?
