I Have Been Feeling Ill For The Past Few Days.

i have been feeling ill for the past few days. it started after taking a couple of bites from some fast food that i could tell wasnt good. i threw away the rest and went back to work, a day or two later i started experiencing the feeling that i had to vomit, after dry heaving for a while i eventually did get sick and felt a little better, a couple hours later i started to get a serious migrane mixed with a sharp pain in my stomach. it was like i could neither sit or stand and moving only made it worse, i continues dry heaving although the only thing in my stomach was water at that point which i eventually would throw up. its now two days later and i now have serious dry heaving throught the day and night, a sore throat that feels like something is stuck in there.occasional nose bleeds and headaches. i think the nose bleeds could be from the asprin ive been taking since i usually dont take any type of medicine but the pain was too much for me. help me please i dont have insurance but am strongly thinking of going to the hospital
