I Have Been For A Couple Of Weeks Very Tender

i have been for a couple of weeks very tender and sore down the right hand side half way which I'm guessing is the bottom of my ribs at the back? no but it hurts to touch and I am aware of the pain most of the time. I also feel nausea. I take alot of pain medication for other conditions, which include erythromelagia and raynauds, an underactive thryroid osteoporosis, and osteoarthritis. I had encephalitis in 2007 which is probably not relevant to this?
