I Have Been Gettin Mucus In My Stools From The

i have been gettin mucus in my stools from the past 12 days.i have taken antibiotics but the problem is still not gone.i need to go to toilet atleast 15 tyms and everytym i get mucus n just mucus with no stool.what does this mean and what test should i need to undergo .pls advive
