I Have Been Having A Clear Dischrge From The Nipple

i have been having a clear dischrge from the nipple of my right breast only. it happens every day. also there is pain inside the breast and pain under the armpit. in 2013 vanderbilt hsp. found a nodule on my lower right lung. i had a fine needle bx but the results were inconclusive. i was suppose to follow up with a repeat ct scan of the lung but didn't i have an appt with a breast surgeon at fox chase cancer center on 10/13/15. please advise. thank you. mary logan
