I Have Been Having A Really Bad Pain In My

i have been having a really bad pain in my bones especially in my arms. I keep dropping things even light things. I have a 3 month old who I can now barely hold for more than five minutes. I occasionally have a chest pain. I am 26. I recently received the birth control shot. the pain is also in my knees and I'm frequently tired what could be the cause of this?
