I Have Been Having Adominal Pain And Recently Had A

i have been having adominal pain and recently had a colonoscopy that showed diverticula and tubular adenomas. what type of dietery changes can i make to help prevent more polyps and stop the diverticula from becoming diverticulitis. Also have internal hemmroids. i am 60 and have osteoarthritis and take NSAIDs frequently.
