I Have Been Having Alot Of Bloating, Gas And Lately

i have been having alot of bloating, gas and lately mucous filled bowel movements. I stay nauseated and don't eat much at all of late. my family hx includes diverticulitis, but my most recent colonoscopy was clear other than one hemmorhoid and a small nodule which was ok. Any suggestions would be helpful its very painful
