I Have Been Having Alot Of Pain In My Hips

i have been having alot of pain in my hips and on my left hip i got a lump about a inch long and a inch wide i also having been brusing there and all over my body for no reason the pain is causing me not to sleep well and across my lower back for 2 weeks now i cant stand or walk not 2 minutes and im in so much pain i cant stand it
