I Have Been Having Burning On My Back And Buttocks

i have been having burning on my back and buttocks for over a year. its like a bad sunburn and gets worse throughout the day. only tremadol seems to help. the pain can be quite debilitating. i have seen a neurologist and wellness doctor with no results. is rashes shingles a possibility? what can i do to help because so far nothing has helped
