I Have Been Having Irregular Menstrual Periods For The Past

i have been having irregular menstrual periods for the past four- five months and very light. have been lactating the whole time. have been nauseas on and off. have had blood work and regular pregnancy test done and all have come back negative except for two urine tests that changed to positive a few hours after taking them.
