I Have Been Having Pain In My Abdomen. Sharp Pain

i have been having pain in my abdomen. Sharp pain that hurts when I sit down. I have gas and bloating which I never normally experience. I have a history of IBS but I have never experienced pain with it only spontaneous diarrhea. This has been going on for two months now. No blood in my stool.
