I Have Been Having Pain Mostly In The Lower Back

i have been having pain mostly in the lower back left side kidney area for the past few years, it seems to be getting worse lately, even my right side as well recently, I have been a fairly regular binge drinker at weekends for the last 20 years, I have had them scanned twice over the years and come back ok, my last couple of liver counts have been slightly high, I also have ibs, I am getting to the seriously worried stage, I have also had low calcium counts and I get lots of bother with my right elbow and shoulder which I was told was tendonitis, the same occurs with my left elbow and shoulder but not as extreme, what are your thoughts
