I Have Been Having Some Quite Severe Pain In My

i have been having some quite severe pain in my left wrist when i wake up every morning and by the end of the day, right before bed, and when i turn it a certain way. The pain is so intense it shoots up my arm and then i get a "burning" sensation afterwards. This has gone on for close to a month or so now. what do u think it is?
