I Have Been Having This Burning Sensation For About A

i have been having this burning sensation for about a week in my middle throat and feeling cold chills and tiredness and in the morning it gets worse and when i cough i don't feel pain but some blood comes out with saliva bur its light then when i try to cough again there is no blood and the burning gets kinda better at day time and night,, i breath normal and eat normal but the burning sensation and chills in the morning wont go away.. please help me figure out whats going on with me.
