I Have Been Having Unually Neck Pain Since Friday. I

i have been having unually neck pain since friday. I had a scope of my stomach done and they had to place a EJ in my neck because they could not find a vein. since my neck been sore. When i yawn i mad mild pain. Today i had like a spasm or cramp feeling in the same spot (NEVER HAD A CRAMP IN MY NECK) Just a little worried... Should i keep an eye for this?
