I Have Been In Bed All Day But Having Bad

i have been in bed all day but having bad diahrea. i was experiencing strong stomach pain before a nap. When i woke up i had bad chest pain going through to my back. also cold sweat and lightheadedness and nausea. the pain has subsided now.
How can i tell if i was having a heart attack? i took 2 ASA and some Immodium. Still quite weak but feeling a bit better.
