I Have Been In Pain For About 4 Days...the First

i have been in pain for about 4 days...the first 30 hours, the pain pulsed with every heartbeat, causing me to moan out loud. The pain extends from the testicle, to the loser back (side) and lower intestines (front). I've been taking ativan to relaxed and help me to sleep, and ibuprofen to take the edge off the pain. I was hoping this would clear, but it hasn't. it's not as painful as before, but it just won't seem to go away. I urinat3e without blood as far as can see, and haven'd had a bowel movement since it began. no fever that I can feel. During the first 30 hours, I moaned loudly with every pulse of the pain...which was moderate, learning toward severe.
