I Have Been Not Well For About 10 Days Now

i have been not well for about 10 days now ,did blood test, results ok . i have feelings like heavy indigestions with confusion state and hearth palpitations mainly at night at random no sweating no vomit lasting 30 min to 1 hr at the time , i did stool test results came up with couple bacteria that my doctor told me not to worry about. after a couple days got really sick with my belly rumbling and the he decided to give me doxylin 100 and metrogyl. it is possible that an infection can give those sympotms? thanks
