I Have Been On 50 Micro Gram Thyroxine For 8

i have been on 50 micro gram thyroxine for 8 weeks over the past 2 weeks i have been experiencing discomfort behind my left breast , especially painful today it seems to be getter more regular .. i also did my blood pressure and it was 88/66 which i think is very low .??
