I Have Been On Nexplanon For 11 Months Now. I

i have been on nexplanon for 11 months now. i have had a period for that entire time. i was given birth control pills to help regulate it after about 6 months and they only helped for about a week. i bleed for weeks at a time and only stop bleeding for about a day or two, no more than that. what should i do? i hate needles and i forget to take pills and i have heard bad things about the nuva ring. also i have been having really bad knee pains since i got on it. what should i do?
