I Have Been Seeing Blood In My Urine. It Has

i have been seeing blood in my urine. It has gotten worse in just today. I think that I have seen minute pcs of tissue? I went to a walk in and they are checking for infection and have prescribed antibiotic ( 5 day ).
What could it be if I am passing tissue with the blood?
