I Have Been Sick For Over 7 Days... Elevated Ck

i have been sick for over 7 days... elevated ck levels.... slightly elevated AST..... had fever of 101.5 with sustained heart rate of 150.... went down to 120 and now normal..... severe body aches... fell twice... now with heavy head.... can't seem to shake it. went to ER.. docs don't know what is going on. would a CT of the head be warranted? can't hold my head up for too long.. gets too heavy
