I Have Been Sick To My Stomach And Been Eating

i have been sick to my stomach and been eating less and less everyday for almost three weeks and also head ache, head rotating, tiredness, sometimes i feel vomiting sign and my home pregnancy result is negative anyone no what it is or should i go to the doctors.
