I Have Been Smoking For Six Months, I Am Sixteen

i have been smoking for six months, I am sixteen and want to quit, but nicotine patches and gums are not available in my country. Plus, my lips tingle occasionally after i smoke, and i sometimes tremble like i have Parkinsons. Sometimes, my chest hurts, and my heart beats like crazy when i smoke. My lips have turned dry, and despite applying vaseline, it remains dry. Whats wrong with me?
