I Have Been Suffering A Lower Back Pain And Hip

i have been suffering a lower back pain and hip for four weeks. it has been uncomfortable driving but tonight whilst driving I had a feeling of severe heat near my tail bone and as if something burst near it. I had to stop the car and get out for a few minutes before continuing my journey. I have been very uncomfortable sitting down and spend a lot of my time standing or lying down . anna
