I Have Been Suffering A Multitude Of Sx. Mod To

i have been suffering a multitude of sx. mod to sev pain in hips , knees lower back and elbow/finger joints.easy bruising and bleeding. headaches, fatigue. hx recent stomach ulcers. been diagnosed with several things. arthritis , tendonitis, bursitis. erosive esoph., gastric ulcers, left upper quad/flank pain. fibromyalgia, IBS, migraines. most labs are good. low iron sat at 16 %. increased rheumatoid factor (used to be 0) my ferritin levels have decreased by half (were 135, now 72) over past 4 years. ( have hx cervical cancer). I feel like my drs are missing something. perhaps if all these sx are put together they might spell something treatable? i can no longer take nsaids d/t my recent ulcer. can you advise a direction to look? frustrated beyond belief.
