I Have Been Taking 4mg Of Wayfarin Three Days A

i have been taking 4mg of wayfarin three days a week and 2mg the other four days. my fingersticks are usually between 2.3 and 2.7. the one a month ago was 1.8 and the one today was 1.6. no particular changes in diet etc. what do i do to get back into the 2 to 3 range?
