I Have Been Taking Atenolol For Several Months And Wonder

i have been taking atenolol for several months and wonder what will happen is i choose to quit taking it. my blood pressure is under control, my suspected pre diabetes has been determined to be not valid and my high cholesterol has decreased to a great level and stayed there for my last two checkups, which were three months apart.
