I Have Been To The Doc And They Told Me

i have been to the doc and they told me bassically there is nothing they can do. i have changed his diet he is drinking lots of water and is still eating alot but everything that goes in (including water) comes straight back out. not to sure what to do now he still is very active little man ... is there anything to help it or what can i do.
