I Have Been Told I Have Foliculitus For Years Nothing

i have been told i have foliculitus for years nothing i
has helped its spread over all my face and now noticable lumps and dints seen on my temple .. once when it got inflamed my lymph nodes swelled up and i couldnt move for pain . a home doctor came and said its its folicular lymphoma.. what do i do, my doctor says now just foliculitus had no tests
