I Have Been Told To Take 5mg Of Folic Acid

i have been told to take 5mg of folic acid and have been trying to get it over the counter or online without any luck. I can only find the 400ug tablets and dont know if it is the same thing. I do not wish to pay the expensive prescription charge so am looking at alternative places to get the right dose at a reasonable price
