I Have Bitten My Fingernails Completly Off All Ten And

i have bitten my fingernails completly off all ten and i am now biting up to the bends in all my fingers. iv bit them since i was 6,7but the last couple ofmonths its been really bad. i cant even bend my fingers now, im so embarrassd i dernt show anyone. what can i do im in bad pain at the ends of my fingers plz help
