I Have Bowel Lodged In My Intestine Accordindg To An

i have bowel lodged in my intestine accordindg to an er doctor i saw yesterday. i went to the ER for abdominal pain, turns out, i had developed pneumonia and a kidney infection. i have anti biotics for that but i now need to deal with this inflamed intestne problem, any suggestions ???
