I Have Broke Four Of The Bones In My Foot

i have broke four of the bones in my foot right around the balls of your foot 2345 to be right on it has been about 8 weeks since the brakes but I still cant put pressure and now the swelling is comeing back ten fold and a lot of pain on top of that my baby toe is tingling now for two days do I need to go the hospital or can I wait to see my dr in about a week
