I Have Burning Pain On My Lower Right Side Of

i have burning pain on my lower right side of my stomach. it comes and goes but sharp pain. Sort of eases when I eat but comes back. it seems to be 4" or so to the right of my belly button and 2" up. Appendix??
Little bit of nausea along with constipation - excess gas and the urge for a bowl movement but doesn't happen
