I Have Chest Pain In My Right Side Under My

i have chest pain in my right side under my breast, i have had panic attacks before but usually with that the pain is in the left side and i have high anxiety, shortness of breath and sweats. i dont feel any of that this time it is just a sharp pain but other than that i feel fine. online it says i should call an ambulance but i dont feel like its bad enough for that.
