I Have Chills On The Left Side Of My Head

i have chills on the left side of my head and sometimes pressure on the top of my head. what is the cause for that? i have beein to the doctor because the left side of my face muscles stopped working for a few weeks so they gave me some sort of hormones. maybe thats related to what the tingling in the side of my head?
