I Have Chronic Pain Since 4-5 Years On The Right

i have chronic pain since 4-5 years on the right side, low abdomen, at the joint between pelvic bone and femur. MRI shows bursitis near the greater trochanter and doctor has advised to avoid sitting in postures which cause a strain on the hip joint posteriorly. i am not very relieved yet as the MRI shows posterior pathology but i can always feel the pain anteriorly as well. i cannot sit with folded legs and i cannot sleep on my right side. i had done an ultrasound before 1 year as well which does not show any abnormal growth or lesion. i have consulted many doctors for this and have not been able to find out why this is happening and how can i resolve it. will this cause any complications in future pregnancy? can you help out with a diagnosis for this pain?
