I Have Chronic Tennis Elbow Shoulder And Upper Right Arm

i have chronic tennis elbow shoulder and upper right arm pain, ongoing for 8 months, ive had injections in my elbow and shoulder 4 months ago to no avail, i take anti inflammatories but make me constipated which seem to add to shoulder and neck pain.
