I Have Cyst In My Right Overy. Tsh Is 5.9

i have cyst in my right overy. tsh is 5.9 . no periods. no pregnancy. my doctor given me primulut n for 5 days. period started and from day 5th i am adviced to take ovral l for 21 days. now my problem is that after taking 21 tablets my next period is not starting still 7 days passed . when i should start the second dose of ovral l. should i wait for periods . i am confused . my doctor is now out of station.
