I Have Ddd, Osteroarthritis,lombago, Sciatica, Chronoc Pain On A Scale

i have ddd, osteroarthritis,lombago, sciatica, chronoc pain on a scale of 10, saviere hip, leg, knee ans anckle pain i cant sleep , work ,and i have intestonal cancer which the treatments are killing me i have to take care of my 79 year old father the doctor that was keeping me working and doing all i need to do died from cancer died and i got cut off cold turky please tell men how i can get help i am not an addict but need pain meds to function please tell me how i can get help
