I Have Developed, Anal Warts, They Have Appeared Once And

i have developed, anal warts, they have appeared once and disappeared after a few months. Now they are growing again. i believe it has to do with HPV. few months ago, i have some skin tags like warts on my eyelid, i dont know if its beacuse of the same thing. i have also some type of scabies on my groin that appear and dissapear, they also grow on my butt cheeck and disappear. do you think this is also caused by hiv. thank you
