I Have Diabetes I Have Had It For Nearly 25

i have diabetes i have had it for nearly 25 years and i am only 33. i have been diagnosed by a neurologist with severe pain and pressure neuropathy and he says that the nerve that goes over my hip is damaged. i have severe pain in my feet and they are very sensitive to anything touching them. same goes for my thighs and my hip hurts so bad that i cant walk and i went two years not being able to lift it up. my hands give out on me alot and my elbows hurt too bad to carry anything... i saw that they have a new med to treat this it is called nucynta, do you think this could help me,,, currently i am taking ibuprofen 800 3xs a day with lyrica 200 BID
